Before your visit

Payment
No payment is collected with the estimate request. After confirmation, secure card or ACH payment can be handled through the connected payment link or invoice.
Cancellation
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Late changes may be subject to the fee shown in your confirmation.
Correction window
Report a missed confirmed-checklist item by 10:00 a.m. the next day so we can review it and arrange a correction when it is within scope.
Home preparation
Secure pets and valuables, clear the main surfaces and floors you want cleaned, and make sure power, water, lighting, HVAC, and confirmed access are available.
Scope changes
If arrival conditions differ from the confirmed assumptions, we explain the options and revised price before completing work outside the original scope.
